Thatu2019s good news if youu2019ve found a profile you like, and confusing if youu2019re trying to work out which bottle to actually buy.

The collections
Khamrah
The range that took Lattafa mainstream. A spiced, boozy gourmand built around cinnamon, dates and tonka, with each flanker pulling the base in a different direction u2014 coffee in one case, smoke in another, and as of 2026 a fresh aquatic in Khamrah Waha. The differences between the four variants are genuine, not cosmetic, and picking the wrong one is the most common mistake we see.

Yara
Lattafau2019s most commercially successful feminine line, and the one with the most variants. Broadly a creamy, fruity-floral gourmand, but the range spans from soft and powdery through to sharply fruity depending on which bottle you pick. Colour of the bottle is the usual shorthand, which doesnu2019t help much when they all sit on a shelf together.

Asad
A masculine-leaning range with a fresh, ambery, slightly boozy character. Widely worn, widely complimented, and one of the easier Lattafa entries for someone coming from a designer wardrobe.

Badeu2019e Al Oud
Four bottles that share a name and very little else. Oud for Glory is the smoky saffron oud most people arrive for and the usual Initio alternative, Honor and Glory swaps that for sweet pineapple gourmand, Amethyst goes jammy rose-oud, and Sublime is fruity apple and litchi with no real oud in it at all. Treating them as four shades of the same fragrance is the mistake to avoid.

Mayar
A newer feminine range with a fruity, gourmand direction. Smaller than Yara but occupying similar territory, with a sweeter and more concentrated character.
Fakhar
Not one fragrance but four, each built on a different designer skeleton u2014 YSL Y, YSL Y L’Elixir, Givenchy L’Interdit and Paco Rabanne 1 Million Parfum. One of the safest Lattafa recommendations for UK office wear, provided you pick the right variant.

How to choose within a collection
Three questions usually settle it.
- Where will you wear it? Collections almost always contain one variant thatu2019s noticeably louder than the others. That bottle is an evening and winter proposition, not a daily driver.
- Sweet or dry? Most Lattafa flankers move along a sweetness axis. If the original felt too sweet, there is usually a drier sibling u2014 and vice versa.
- Season? The gourmand and spiced variants suit British autumn and winter. Fresher, fruitier flankers work far better from April onwards u2014 Khamrah Waha is the clearest example, a warm-weather entry into a range that was otherwise winter-only.

A note on batch and maceration
Within a collection, variants are often produced in different batches, and a freshly bottled flanker can smell thinner than an older bottle of the same fragrance. This is normal and it resolves. Buying safely in the UK
Popular collections attract counterfeits more than obscure ones, and Khamrah and Yara are the two most commonly faked Lattafa lines. If youu2019re buying outside an established stockist, run through our authentication checks before you commit.
